Non-tarnish 20 gauge silver plate wire. Â This is copper wire that is then coated in a very thin layer of silver (silver plated) and then sprayed with a non-tarnish coating for an additional thin layer of plastic.
Perfect match for silver plate crucifixes and centres but not super long wearing as it is very soft wire. Â Keep it sealed up when not in use and out of sunlight because light and humidity deteriorate the coating quickly.
