Here are a few pictures of a basic elastic one decade rosary bracelet. You simply need to add or subtract extras (like the doves or decorative metal beads) to adjust the size of the bracelet. I often make them 5 1/2 to 6 inches for children or between 7 and 8 1/2 inches for women. 7 1/2 inches is the most popular size for my clients.
Generally you are looking to include 10 beads for the Hail Marys, a single bead for the Our Father and a tiny Crucifix and medal. My preference is the small Miraculous medal but there isn't a set rule for that. These are amazing to have. You can pray a decade while driving, standing in line at a retail store, or anytime you have a few minutes and need to calm down or take a break.
