The medal used here is #747, and the centre is #277d. The beads should be either crystal clear or white to reflect Angelic purity.

1) On the medal pray the Guardian Angel prayer:
Angel of God
My guardian dear
To Whom God's love
Commits me here
Ever this day
Be at my side
To light and guard
To rule and guide.
Amen

2) Then pray Glory Be to the Father on the set of seven beads
3) one Our Father
4) one Hail Mary
5) one Glory Be

All in honour of your Guardian Angel.

6) Conclude with the Prayer to St. Michael:
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in the day of battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the Devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, cast into hell, Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl throughout the world, seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
