Explanation:
The Fiat Rosary or Chaplet border=

The beads are meant to be humble wood in recognition of the humility of Our Lady. The section beads are:
- Blue for the Joyful mysteries
- Red for the Sorrowful mysteries
- White for the Glorious mysteries
- Purple for St. Joseph
We have used semi-precious beads here for their beauty and because they are God made. The royal blue, deep red and purple are all fossils and the white is mother-of-pearl.

The Crucifix used here is The Holy Trinity #3310. Originally this chaplet was made with a simple wooden cross with the word "FIAT" printed on it. As those are difficult to find, and Fiat references obedience to the will of God, The Holy Trinity Crucifix seems like a good alternative.

The centre used is the traditional Fiat centre #298. (There are antique silver alternatives for both the centre and Crucifix.) The images on the centre are a large dove shedding it's rays on a diamond. These are to represent the Holy Ghost and the infinite graces He showers on His spouse, Mary.

On the other side of the centre is a visual representation of Veronica O'Brien's trinitarian approach of three rings with the letters 'P', 'F' and 'S' identifying the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit with the word FIAT intertwined in the three rings. Below, a cross and the letter 'M' surrounded by 12 stars representing the Apostles.

This rosary has the Imprimatur of + Godfried Cardinal Danneels of Brussels, Belgium, December 8, 1984. In his statement Cardinal Danneels encouraged the spreading of the FIAT Rosary: "May this little rosary find its way into many homes, so that they may become cenacles of apostles, gathered around the Virgin Mary to receive the Spirit of Pentecost."

Further background information can be obtained through the book by Cardinal Suenens, "The Hidden Hand of God, the biography of Veronica O'Brien" .
